At JMH Plumbing and Heating we can renovate your bathroom from start to finish.

Bathrooms are completed in three stages.

Removal/First fix 

We remove all old sanitary items, tiles and alter pipe work ready to fit new appliances

Second fix

We fit all Sanitary items and connect up pipe work such as baths, basins and toilets.

Final fix 

This is where we do all the finishing touches fitting shower rails, soap dispensers, shower shelves, towel rails, silicone seals. etc.

• All bathroom materials are supplied by the customer. If the customer would like us to help with purchasing bathroom items, then that is not a problem we can assist and inform you on the best materials, for the best price possible.
  
  

• If a customer would like to change a design or think a design is not possible, then contact us. We can provide you with the best advice, on how best to transform your bathroom to what you would love.

KITCHEN SINK / UTILITY ROOM

We can also provide you with a new sink or completely new utility rooms. All we have to do is come and measure up the sink space, to find one that will fit the cut out. If you would like a bigger sink, such as a converting a single bowl to bowl and a half we can cut the unit space to fit the new appliance.

For the utility room we can fit all units, panels,splashbacks and floors ourselves. There is no need to worry about getting other trades in and locating trades, anything we need assistance on we will go out our way to find the correct trades and professionals to complete the job to our standards.

• All sinks are to be chosen by the customer. 
• All materials are to be purchased by the customer.
• Any concerns the customer may have please run them by us. The team are more than happy to assist.
• Even if its just changing a tap to your existing sink, this is also not a problem to us.
• We can also provide sink, taps and waste for an upfront cost of the materials.

• Call out charges start from when we leave our destination to get to yours and stops when we arrive back.
• We will pick up any items or materials needed to make the repair and put it on the invoice at the end of the job.
• All work carried out by us will be tested and have a six month warrenty.

Receiving a message

Once we receive a form of contact from you, we will respond as quickly as possible. We will check where you are located and what work you would like to be carried out. Then place a day and time to come and veiw the job.

Viewing the job

A member of the team will come out and discuss exactly what you would like done. We will then measure up everything we need to give an accurate quote. 

03.

Writing up the quote

We will then write up a quote, stage by stage of how we will procced with the job and the time it will take. Also the total price for the work to be carried out.

04.

Starting the job

If the quote is accepted we will then book you in for a time and date to carry out the job. We will get it completed to the highest standard.
